Dear MBS Pro Team, I’ve been using MBS Pro for some time now and have found it incredibly helpful and worthwhile—thank you for creating such a valuable tool. I’d like to offer a small but important suggestion. As you know, a significant number of GPs in Australia are overseas-trained doctors like myself. While our English proficiency is strong, our accents may differ from native speakers. I’ve noticed that the AI voice recognition often misinterprets my speech, leading to inaccuracies in the generated notes. This requires me to spend additional time reviewing and correcting them, which can be quite time-consuming. I use high-quality voice capture hardware (AirHug, latest version), and my patients have no difficulty understanding me. Interestingly, when I conduct Telehealth consultations via the UpDoc platform, my voice is transcribed with much greater accuracy, and I rarely need to edit the notes. I’m wondering whether integrating similar AI capabilities or accent-adaptive models could help improve MBS Pro’s performance in this area. In the referral generator, fields currently display placeholders such as “Patient’s first name.” It would be much more useful if the system could automatically pull and populate the actual patient’s name from the record, rather than showing placeholder text. Request: Please enhance the referral generator so that it can dynamically insert the patient’s real name into the document instead of leaving placeholders

Can it check for items other that 721/723/2715/2717/2712? Specifically 965, 695, 699, 7xx?

The PRODA eligibility checker currently doesn’t include eating disorder item numbers. Request: Please update the PRODA eligibility checker to include eating disorder MBS item numbers for accurate checking.

when a user creates their own template or macro, it is saved as private or shared. ability to save favourite macros, not just templates. favourites collection for macros and templates shows up first, not 'all'

Would really appreciate an article with tips on how to write templates that give the desired output added to the existing help section on templates. E.g. using things like square and round brackets, instructive terms like “if mentioned”, how to get the formatting coming out the way I want it to
