Dear MBS Pro Team, I’ve been using MBS Pro for some time now and have found it incredibly helpful and worthwhile—thank you for creating such a valuable tool. I’d like to offer a small but important suggestion. As you know, a significant number of GPs in Australia are overseas-trained doctors like myself. While our English proficiency is strong, our accents may differ from native speakers. I’ve noticed that the AI voice recognition often misinterprets my speech, leading to inaccuracies in the generated notes. This requires me to spend additional time reviewing and correcting them, which can be quite time-consuming. I use high-quality voice capture hardware (AirHug, latest version), and my patients have no difficulty understanding me. Interestingly, when I conduct Telehealth consultations via the UpDoc platform, my voice is transcribed with much greater accuracy, and I rarely need to edit the notes. I’m wondering whether integrating similar AI capabilities or accent-adaptive models could help improve MBS Pro’s performance in this area. I’d be grateful if you could consider this feedback and explore potential solutions. Thank you again for your excellent work. Best regards, Nilupul Handapangoda nilupul014@gmail.com
